How we work
Every product starts from the platform's own rules: what OTTO Market rejects, what VIES answers, what a German legal notice must contain. We test against the real services before we list anything, and we say in plain German what went wrong and how to fix it.
We are a small company in Berlin. Support comes from the people who wrote the code, in German or English, at chris@trackhound.co.
